ACS Athletics a “Grand Slam” for Southeastern Louisiana
Southeastern Louisiana University recently completed the implementation of the ACS Athletics InControlTM system to manage the student-athlete life cycle and the results have exceeded expectations.
As is the case initially with many ACS clients, Southeastern Louisiana was searching for a comprehensive solution to analyze coach-submitted recruiting activities and to prevent and detect potential telephone call and text message violations, including proactive alerts for coaches. However, what the staff at Southeastern Louisiana discovered was a complete solution for the entire department.
“When we purchased the software, we thought we had hit a homerun due to the compliance monitoring capability,” said Bart Bellairs, Director of Athletics at Southeastern Louisiana University. “However, after completing the implementation and training, it was clear this was a grand slam. The product included features and benefits we didn’t even know existed which will improve our operational efficiency tremendously. The personal service and training our implementation specialist provided was exceptional and the feedback from coaches and staff has been overwhelmingly positive. We’re so pleased to have partnered with ACS Athletics.”
