Northern Kentucky University Goes Automated – Implements ACS InControl
When Northern Kentucky University Athletics Director Scott Eaton agreed to be an ACS Athletics NCAA Division II Flagship institution at the 2011 NCAA Convention in January, he expected not only a great product, but exemplary service. Eaton got more than he bargained for, as did the NKU athletics department, which sponsors 13 varsity sports and competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
“The NKU coaches and staff have been receiving nothing short of outstanding, excellent, superb, and fantastic customer service and treatment from ACS,” Eaton said.
